About the Role: In this rewarding role, you’ll empower clients to live safely and independently in their own homes while staying connected to their community. You’ll provide meaningful social support, assist with transport and shopping, and create enjoyable outings that enhance quality of life. You’ll also deliver personal care with dignity and respect, support clients with domestic tasks and meal preparation Most importantly, offer warm, reliable companionship that truly makes a difference every day. Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training. Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable, current Nursing students will also be considered. Experience in aged care within the community is highly desirable. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is a MUST. Current First Aid certificate, Police check, NDIS Worker screening check and Working with Children Check (mandatory) or willingness to obtain. Speaking an additional language is a plus.
